“150 Years of Creating the Healthiest Nation: Leading the Path Toward Equity
Join us in Boston, Nov. 6 – 9 for APHA 2022
Make plans to gather with friends and colleagues from around the nation, and world, for four days of insightful presentations, engaging activities and face-to-face networking. With more than 1,000 presentations, we’re covering nearly every public health topic. Plus, the 2022 Annual Meeting and Expo is the culmination of APHA’s 150th anniversary celebration, so we’ve got even more planned than normal for this exciting educational event.
Important reminder: The 2022 mid-term elections will be Tuesday, Nov. 8, so be sure to vote early.
Can’t travel? We’re hosting a digital version of APHA 2022 on Nov. 14-16. This will include access to recordings of more than 120 sessions from the Annual Meeting. Of course, the Featured and General Sessions are included, along with up to two sessions selected by each APHA Section. You’ll even be able to participate live in the Opening General Session on Nov. 6.

Note: The APHA Public Health Film Festival will not include short films for the General Film sessions this year. Please consider submitting to the Feature sessions if your film meets the criteria.
Educational sessions define the Annual Meeting and reviewers ensure the high quality and relevance of the research and presentations. Reviewers take a firsthand look at abstracts and their evaluations enable APHA session planners to organize compelling, high-quality sessions.
As a reviewer you will:
• Gain experience to add to your CV.
• Share and increase your knowledge about public health topics.
• Know that you contributed to enriching sessions that inspire and teach professionals in your field.
